Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of beauty treatments, including facials, waxing, threading, and makeup application.
- Provide skincare consultations and recommend suitable products and treatments based on clients' needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper sterilization and sanitation of tools and equipment.
- Ensure the comfort and safety of clients during treatments.
- Stay up-to-date with beauty trends, techniques, and products, and actively participate in relevant training and workshops.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships, encouraging repeat business.
- Manage appointment schedules and keep accurate records of client services.
- Handle client queries, complaints, and concerns professionally and courteously.
- Promote business services, packages, and retail products.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Beautician or similar role.
- Certification from a recognized beauty school or training program.
- Proficient in various beauty techniques and treatments, including skincare, makeup, and nail services.
- Strong knowledge of skin types and appropriate product recommendations.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to explain procedures clearly to clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
