Description of Key Job Duties
- Responsible for the construction of electrochemical thermal coupling models (P2D/P3D/P4D) and simulation of battery cell performance (electrical performance, thermal performance) under different working conditions
- Carry out simulation inversion of battery cell design parameters and provide positive guidance for design
- Assist mechanism analysis based on electrochemical models, obtain the influence of different parameters, and output simulation reports
- Participate in the construction of models for hot issues such as lithium precipitation, aging, expansion force, thermal runaway, etc.
- Complete other temporary tasks assigned by superiors
Skills Requirements
- Master degree or above,major in applied chemistry, materials, electrochemistry, etc.
- 3 years or more of experience in energy storage or power battery electrochemical simulation, familiar with Newman model theory, lithium-ion battery structure, principle, production process, testing, materials and other related knowledge
- Proficient in COMSOL, MATLAB, Python and other software, proficient in using simulation software for battery modeling, correction and analysis, and those with certain programming skills are preferred and good in data summary skills.
- Have certain experimental hands-on skills, DOE design capabilities, and understand the relevant processes of battery cell testing
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, facilitating effective communication with domestic and international stakeholders.
- Hardworking, rigorous and good in team work.
