Requirements
Experience as a production manager
Able to execute strategic management decisions and initiative
Able to run operations, schedules
Able to come up with promotions to hit KPI
Hands on in operation
Experience managing sales and marketing team
Knowledge in social media marketing is a bonus
Experience dealing with suppliers is a key bonus
Experience in working with beverage suppliers to come up with monthly pairing events
At least 3 years experience in similar capacity
