1. The Administration Executive hired shall be able to operate the computerised facilities management system and ensure that the following existing data is up to date.
2. The Administration Executive shall be responsible for the following:
a. Existing data, such as Facilities Table, etc.,
b. Compile as-built drawings, warranties and the like, to ensure that the School Asset records are comprehensive and up to-date, and
c. Update Risk Management Plan annually and as and when required
3. The Administrative Executive shall be able to achieve the following:
a. Review and verify the completeness of existing data, such as Facilities Table, etc.,
b. Compile as-built drawings and identify all buildings in each School that had not been digitized into CAD/ BIM to the attention of the customer
c. Compile warranties and to alert the FM staff and the customer of any warranties
Requirements
The Administrative Executive shall have at least 3 years of administrative experience and a Nitec certificate in a relevant field.
