1.Formulate and communicate with staff the branch’s operating strategies and targets. Review the sales target accomplishment rate and adopt actions in a timely manner where required to ensure that the branch achieves its annual targets.
2.Maintain and develop in-depth bank-client relationship with highly valuable clients.
3.Ensure effective functioning of credit and operational risk control mechanisms to maintain the quality of assets.
4.Oversee the development of employees’ (especially the Account Officer) professional competency. Encourage team cooperation and revive staff morale in order to cultivate and retain valuable and talented employees.
5.Communicate and coordinate business affairs to ensure smooth functioning of branch operations.
6. To conduct financial statement and industryreports analysis.
7. To deal with challenges and pressure.
8. To compliance with legal and regulation requirements.
9. To be qualified with over 12 years of experience in deposit, loan, credit analysis, financial management related fields. (Hands-on experience in sales and credit businesses－over 4 years in the role of RM).
10. To read and write Chinese (Traditional Chinese Characters) is a prerequisite as frequent communication with the Head Office in Taiwan isrequired.
