- Position Title: Service Engineer/ Technical Support Engineer
- Working Location: North East (Transport provided)
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30 am – 6 pm
- Salary Package: Up to $3700 + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment, machinery, and products.
- Provide prompt and effective technical support to resolve customer issues.
- Liaise with customers and technicians to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of machinery, conducting regular safety checks.
- Maintain accurate records of all service activities and report to Managers.
- Adhere to and enforce strict safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Any other task as assigned by the Superior.

- A Diploma or Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role or in Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO).
- Knowledge & skill in mechanical and hydraulic.
