Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing (Electronics)
- Position Title: Engineering Assistant / Assistant QA Engineer
- Working Location: Pioneer (Nearby MRT station)
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 7.45 AM – 4.45 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $3,000 + Transport Allowance + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain all lab equipment.
- Perform daily analysis of plating chemicals.
- Calculate the required top-up amounts for plating chemicals.
- Update control charts and ensure all analysis results are accurately recorded.
- Calibrate lab and wastewater treatment plant’s ORP meters in-house.
- Review and update work instructions for the lab and wastewater treatment plant as needed.
- Ensure smooth operation of auto-analyzers for treated effluents.
- Monitor and maintain inventory for "Quick Test Kits" used for daily effluent checks.
- Keep the plating laboratory clean and organized following 5S housekeeping principles.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
- Manage product/process Control Plan, FMEA, and Process Flow.
- Assist with internal and external audits when required.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

- Minimum Diploma in Engineering or relevant
- Has minimum of 3 years' relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications.
