Entry-level role in vibrant, dynamic and friendly medical communications agency
After a period of successful sustained growth, we are looking for a smart, eager Account Executive to join our Chinatown-based client service team. Please note this is not a sales role, but rather a client service role assisting with the delivery of creative communication projects in our healthcare communications business.
This is an entry-level or early-career role with on-the-job training provided by an experienced and friendly team, offering an excellent opportunity to enter the creative agency world. You will be primarily responsible for supporting the management and delivery of healthcare-related creative campaigns, programmes, and events. We are looking for a capable AE with a can-do attitude, strong multi-tasking abilities, and excellent communication skills. You should also be able to work independently when needed and show great initiative.
A background in communications, marketing, or a related field would be favourable. An aptitude for copywriting, digital, or content creation skills will be an advantage. While a science background is beneficial, it is not essential; our skilled team members can assist in technical upskilling.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be exposed to a range of projects and therapy areas across our business of strategy, creative and medical communication campaigns, and interact with top Regional executive clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Day-to-day delivery of communication campaigns and initiatives for our leading pharmaceutical company clients
- Daily client interface via email, phone, video and face-to-face meetings
- Internal briefing and management of creative resources to meet timeline and budget commitments, including the review of creative work and client liaison for approvals
- Understanding of client business challenges, overall strategy and objectives
- Demonstrating proactivity and anticipating client needs before they ask
- Adherence to agency processes, upkeep of work-in-progress and financial administration
