Job Responsibility
- Makes outgoing customer calls or cold calls in order to sell products and services
- Takes incoming customer calls, processes sales for products and services
- Answers questions about product specifications and pricing
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements and offering solutions and support
- Maintains a list of potential leads and follows up with those customers by making subsequent sales pitches
- Assists sales colleagues with arranging transport for customers and required document for the delivery and collection
- Act as a liaison between internal departments coordinating with Sales and Operations
- Contacts customers in response to correspondence or feedback
- Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
