About Us:
Wondrous Mind Education center is a growing education center committed to delivering exceptional academic help to our students. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as an Administrative and Marketing Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Tasks:
- Manage student enrollments, attendance records, and basic bookkeeping.
Handle monthly fee collection via our e-portal, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Customer Service:
- Attend to WhatsApp and walk-in inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Provide guidance and facilitate arrangements for students' makeup lessons, ensuring a seamless experience for all.
Student Coordination:
- Collaborate with students and teachers to manage schedules effectively.
Offer support for lesson arrangements, ensuring that classes run smoothly.
Logistics Support:
- Maintain the cleanliness of the premises and ensure a well-organized environment.
Manage center supplies and liaise with external vendors for restocking as needed.
Team Support:
- Provide administrative assistance to the Teaching Team, including preparing teaching materials by stapling, hole punching, and organizing worksheets.
Ad-Hoc Duties:
- Undertake various tasks as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success and efficiency of the center.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in administrative roles is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing is a plus.
