Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team at Zen. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence and driving engagement through various digital channels. This role involves content creation, social media management, and the implementation of effective digital marketing strategies to support our brand management goals in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation:
- Develop and produce high-quality digital content, including videos, graphics, and written material tailored to local market needs.
- Plan, shoot, edit, and compile video content
- Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow Zen’s social media presence across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Schedule and publish engaging posts, monitor social media channels, and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Brand Awareness and Engagement:
- Implement strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
- Identify and leverage opportunities for collaborations and partnerships to expand brand reach.
- Monitor and analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Event Participation:
- Assist in the planning and execution of local events, roadshows, and talks to maintain active brand visibility.
- Record and document events to create content for social media and marketing purposes.
- Design and Artwork Creation:
- Create visually appealing artwork and graphics to support marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and convey a consistent brand message.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong video production and editing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and analytically.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the local market or similar regional markets.
- Familiarity with emerging digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Able to work on projects individually
Tools will be provided: a PC, a set of cameras suitable for creating social content, portable mics for interviews, and some software licences and any relavants tools.
