We are seeking for a Software Test Lead to ensure that both manual and automated testing processes are effectively managed. Your role will be crucial in maintaining high-quality standards for software products throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC) in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of testers, both manual and automation.
- Test Automation: Implement and manage test automation tools and processes.
- Data Management: Utilise MSSQL for data testing and validation.
- Quality Assurance: Lead the QA function during annual audits
- Collaboration: Work closely with global team and cross functional teams to optimise process, conduct root cause analysis and change request activities
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in leading QA teams with a strong understanding of both manual and automated testing
- Expertise in Agile methodologies, QA best practices, and quality management systems
