- Perform L2 tech support and diagnose problems through onsite or remotely troubleshooting.
- Installation, configuration, troubleshoot and support (after-sales) networking & network security equipment.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in implementation / administering and troubleshooting network and IT infrastructure equipment
