Job Title: IT Engineer (End user support / Government Project)
Location: Pasir Panjang
Job Type: Contract- 3 months (renewable)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Manage and deploy EUC solutions such as Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, and other enterprise applications.
- Administer and maintain desktop/laptop configurations, user profiles, and software installations.
- Implement and support endpoint security measures, including antivirus and encryption.
- Collaborate with IT teams to manage and optimize EUC infrastructure, including Intune, SCCM, and JAMF.
- Perform software and hardware upgrades, patch management, and vulnerability assessments.
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot issues in an end-to-end manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all EUC activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in managing and operating enterprise-level ICT infrastructure for network services.
- Proficiency in managing Windows OS, macOS, and mobile platforms (iOS, Android).
- Hands-on experience with EUC tools like Microsoft Intune, SCCM, JAMF, and Active Directory.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and experience in resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
