As a Client Services Executive, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and ensuring that clients' business objectives and needs are met. You will be the key point of contact between the client and the agency, and will work with cross-functional teams to manage the successful execution of campaigns and initiatives. This is a full-time role that is located in Singapore.


Responsibilities:


- Arranging meetings and liaising with clients to understand their requirements

- Quality control of all work that is submitted to clients

- Disclosing project details to the client and all team members

- Monitoring and facilitating all stages of projects to ensure that they run smoothly

- Writing status reports and ensure seamless communications throughout the duration of the project to keep clients and teammates updated

- Ensuring that the project stays within the allocated budget

- Administration tasks that will help to keep projects well-managed and organized

- Offering creative ideas to develop exciting brands, campaigns and other creative solutions, and encourage clients to understand the importance of creativity throughout projects

- Creating opportunities for growth of existing and new client accounts


Qualifications:


- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field

- 3+ years of experience in client services, account management, or a related field in branding, creative, marketing, or public relations. Creative agency experience is advantageous.

- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines

- A deep understanding of marketing and communication principles, strategies, and tactics

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide insights and recommendations to clients

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, team members, and cross-functional teams

- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Analytics, social media and project management tools

- Uncanny aptitude for understanding clients’ needs and dissecting briefs and hitting the bull’s eye in deliverables.

- Ability to work flexibly to deliver client needs.

- Self-motivated team player and creative problem-solver
