You will provide onsite and remote support to customers for IT related issues, problems encountered and resolve them. You will be involved in the installation and implementation of Solutions sold by the company. Solutions and support involved Servers, virtualization, firewall , remote access solution, backup solution and etc on the technical aspect..
- Those who are customer service oriented and interested in IT Technology
- Able to work independently with positive working attitude
- Knowledge in TCP/IP and servers will be advantages
- Good communication skills, both written and oral and customer service oriented.
Qualification :
- At least , Nitec in Info-Communications or above.
