Responsibilities:
- Preparing a wide variety of goods such as cakes, cookies, pies, bread etc.
- Able to use both traditional and modern recipe to do up the end product
- Creating new and exciting desserts to renew our menus
- Engaging the needs of the customers' needs and requests
- Decorating pastries using different icings, toppings etc.
- Ensuring each end product, the presentation will be interesting and nice to the customers
Requirements:
- At least a Degree in Culinary Arts / Pastry Baking
- Have at least 2 years or more in baking experience
- Prior knowledge of baking techniques and pastry-making process
