Responsibilities
- Develop Key Account Plan & Strategies – Sales, Trade Activities
- Lead Sales Team of Key Accounts, Sales Representatives, Sales Promoters to achieve business objectives/KPIs.
- Assist Key Accounts to develop JBP and execute to achieve key objectives/KPIs.
- Implement and execute plans to achieve business objectives and KPIs
- Budget management/Maximize ROI via strategic planning
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute effective sales activities and promotions, enhancing product visibility and consumer engagement
- Responsible for making the annual sales & profit target and A&P expenses
- Able to understand market/consumer demands and adapting accordingly
- Build strong rapport with client to be top of mind for any initiatives
- Lead customer negotiations on commercial strategy
- Lead and inspire the sales team
- Cross function management (e.g. Finance, Operations)
Requirements
- Diploma Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry, preferably with experience in e-commerce channel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint), SAP or equivalent
- Detail-oriented with strong business sense, aptitude and passion for research, data analysis and problem solving.
- Excellent Negotiation & Influencing Skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication and presentation skills.
- Able to work in fast paced environment.
- Able to work both collaboratively and independently, goal-oriented and organised team player.
- Experienced in managing sales merchandiser/representatives will be a plus point.
