We are seeking a well qualified candidate to join us as a Contracts Manager
The Contracts Manager is responsible for preparing, negotiating, processing and recording business contracts, service agreements and insurances on behalf of NEON. Duties include researching contract terms, alerting parties to renewals or extensions, tracking of all communications and accounts.
Job summary responsibilities:
- Craft, evaluate, negotiate, and execute a wide variety of different contracts covering a range of projects / transactions
- Create and maintain relationships with vendors and serve as the singular point of contact for matters concerning contracts
- Maintain records for correspondence and documentation in relation to established contracts and those in progress
- Communication and present info to stakeholders about all contract-related matters
- Monitor contractors and move forward with close-out, extension, or renewal
- Resolve any contract-related issues that may arise with stakeholders
- Support Creative and Production in the development of project contracts and service agreements focusing on schedule, scope of work, terms and conditions, payment terms, etc

Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Contract Management or equivalent with at least 5 years' relevant working experience
- Preferably Executives specialising in contract labour, operations contract and service agreement
- Prior experience with in paralegal services and project management will be an added advantage
