Requirement
- Diploma in any discipline / Nitec in any discipline / GCE O Levels
- Experience working in Call Centre / Customer Service / or those from Consumer Sales seeking for a Non-sales role
- Able to provide quality customer service to patients over the phone
- Good communication skills
