Our client is a leading player in food service industry. They are looking for a Accounts Receivable Executive to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in North.
Duties:
- Implement and monitor credit control procedures, ensuring timely payment and resolving outstanding balances.
- Process customer credit applications, create debtor codes, and manage credit terms using SAP.
- Track and chase overdue payments via calls and emails; negotiate payment plans when necessary.
- Prepare and submit monthly debtors aging reports; update sales teams on overdue accounts.
- Oversee the issuance of Customer Statements monthly.
- Handle bank transactions such as cash and cheque deposits, and manage customer-related AR requests.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience.
