- To provide consistent and purposeful casework management for not more than 20 cases with multiple needs and safety risks.
- To support centre in providing trauma informed and/or mental health related intervention and supervision.
- To work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders in delivering good case outcomes.
- To provide casework supervision to not more than 3 supervisees.
- To coach supervisees in providing quality casework intervention.
- To undertake any other responsibilities and duties assigned by Director.
Requirements
- Degree, Graduate Diploma or Master in Social Work / Degree or Master in Counselling
- At least 7 years of casework and counselling experience working with individual, children and families with complex needs and risk concerns.
- Casework supervision experience is expected.
- Good report writing skill.
- Good Interpersonal and Communication skills.
- Certified in providing marital counselling and/or family violence invention will be an advantage.
