Salary: $2,500 - $2,800
Responsibilities:
- Schedule homeowner appointments for defects inspections
- Pack and distribute welcome gifts on-site
- Deliver and present welcome gifts before handover
- Turn on aircon and set up handover items in units
- Submit utilities requests to SP services
- Record unit meter readings
- Assist the developer with various tasks
Requirement:
- Physically fit and able to walk around frequently
