Job Duties:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand Enova Electrical's market presence in solar sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and potential growth areas.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and objectives.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and contracts.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize strategies.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to enhance company visibility.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Highly motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
