Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong customer service mindset
Key Responsibilities:
Handle the sale of CEPAS cards and allied products at ticket or concession card replacement offices located at various MRT stations or bus interchanges. Assist customers with top-ups, card refunds, or card claims in a prompt and courteous manner. Assist with dispatch duties to different stations when required.
Qualifications:
· Minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level qualification.
· Chinese and English language skills for liaising with clients
· Strong customer service mindset.
· Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
