Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Customer Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeaner, and the ability to handle various customer interactions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend to enquiries primarily through incoming calls via the hotline or other channels such as email. Understand customers’ needs and provide quick, accurate, and satisfactory answers to their queries. Handle various types of calls, including but not limited to: Concession-related matters (lost card/replacement procedure, extension issues, application issues). Filing claims for customers (over-deduction, failure to exit, double deduction). Point-to-point enquiries from customers. SimplyGo-related issues (simple technical issues, investigation of mismatch fare). Perform outbound calls to customers who leave callback requests. Ensure proper recording of conversations with customers in the call centre system. Meet or exceed all individual and team key performance indicators (KPIs) set by management. Maintain a positive and helpful approach in interactions with all customers. Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by Team Leaders or Supervisors.
Qualifications:
· Minimum Diploma qualification.
· Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is highly preferred.
· Able to work during weekends and perform overtime when necessary.
· A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
· Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
· Chinese and English language skills for liaising with clients
