Responsibilities:
This role requires a dynamic individual to manage and oversee program initiatives, from planning and scheduling to reporting and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and track program initiatives, ensuring alignment with timelines and objectives.
- Lead small-scale initiatives, coordinating meetings and managing stakeholder communication.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and PowerPoint presentations for senior management and external stakeholders.
- Organize team engagement events and activities, fostering collaboration and team bonding.
- Support event management and creative content development for Group Operations programme.
You are a motivated, resourceful professional with strong organizational skills and experience in program management.
Key Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in program management within the financial services industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with strong presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, capable of managing multiple tasks.
- Positive attitude, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
