Job Responsibilities
1. Call Management
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, including registration processes.
- Deal with calls/messages from customers, gather feedback, and implement interventions to enhance service quality.
2. Data and System Management
- Perform data entry and card programming.
- Check daily reports for system enhancements and prepare monthly and ad-hoc service reports.
- Manage system implementation tasks, including user sign-up, document collection for system settings, and basic troubleshooting.
3. Defect and Complaint Handling
- Coordinate the reporting of defects.
- Address complaints, queries, and suggestions received from customers.
4. Scheduling and Attendance
- Manage manpower scheduling and check daily attendance.
- Update leave applications in the system.
5. Recruitment
- Source candidates via various platforms.
- Arrange interview
Deployment and Roster Management Responsibilities
- 1. Deployment PlanningPlan and coordinate deployment for multiple sites on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
2. Roster ManagementDevelop and manage rosters for operations controllers.
Update off days and leave in the deployment roster.
3. Grievance HandlingAddress and resolve grievances from officers.
4. Recruitment and SourcingSource and recruit officers to fill deployment needs.
5. Daily Meetings- Conduct daily deployment meetings to ensure smooth operations and address any issues.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- PLRD License: Preferred at least SSO and above
- Own Transport: Preferred
- Microsoft Office Proficiency: Ability to use Word and Excel effectively
- Language Skills: Good command of English
- Attention to Detail: Must be meticulous
