Responsibilities:
· Managing Purchasers email/feedback and Anti-Money Laundering (“AML”) forms from various project mailbox.
· Liaising with the purchasers on the outstanding documents required.
· Filing/scanning of documents and safekeeping of the files in an organized manner.
· Merging different forms/documents using PDF.
· Generate/gather data based on the AML forms that have completed the submission.
· Any other ad-hoc task that may be assigned.
Requirements:
· Minimum ‘N’ / ‘O’ / ITE or Diploma level holder.
· Great and friendly personality.
· Good team player and able to deliver assigned tasks in a timely manner
· Independent and meticulous with minimum supervision.
· Proficient in MS office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat PDF.
