Main Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of logistics and operations executives
- Manage warehouse inventory and keep records of inventor.
- Order management from Order processing.
- Monitor overall shipping schedule, delivery schedule to fulfil orders committed.
- Liaise with clients and suppliers on open orders, deliveries and reschedules
- Perform Invoicing and Accounts Receivables.
- Maintain inventory and stock reconciliation.
- Extract and compile information to create report.
- Filing, Posting and Data entry in company's ERP system.
- Perform daily arrangement for delivery & customers’ collection of goods.
- Perform order processing into accounting system.
- Monitor overall shipping schedule, delivery schedule to fulfil orders committed.
- Manage and build a good relationship with 3rd party transporter to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Manage and work closely with Malaysia/Thailand/China team on the day-to-day operations on daily basis and to ensure that all requirements are met.
- Work closely with internal departments to coordinate shipment and to liaise with external parties or forwarders.
- To ensure that all inventory transactions are completed within the timeline and maintain stock accuracy.
- Coordinate the day-to-day import/export logistics operations with Malaysia/Thailand/China team and transactions documentation for freight forwarding and other related activities.
- Assist to submit GST supporting document to accounts department.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager / Management.
