Job Summary

This role in the global WRB Digital Marketing team, is a supporting marketing role for the Affluent team in the global Wealth and Retail Banking (WRB) business. The role holder in partnership with the global and local Corporate Affairs, Brand & Marketing (CABM) teams will implement the marketing strategy, plan and where appropriate execution in pursuit of the 5-year strategic goals. The role is to realise the centre-of-marketing-excellence for this business, will be responsible for developing tools and sharing better practices. The role holder will use all the elements of digital marketing, analysis, measurement as required to develop, deliver and demonstrate the performance and value of marketing activity and ultimately its contribution to the Bank’s results.

The role holder requires leadership, excellent stakeholder management and knowledge, experience and skills in using digital marketing, targeting HNW segments, in multiple markets in Asia.

Strategy
• Support the delivery of the global Affluent marketing strategy driving the acceleration of the acquisition of target clients, increasing the proportion who are wealth qualified and increasing the frequency of their wealth management activity
• Enable thought leadership in affluent and wealth digital marketing in the global and local teams
• Build SC’s wealth management advisory reputation through digital marketing
• Develop, manage and optimise the paid search account with the media agency for global Private Banking to increase business performance
• Work closely with market teams to develop digital strategies to acquire and engage HNW clients

Business
• Activate the wealth idea extensions from the brand advertising through digital marketing
• Manage the Priority and Priority Private global (pan-market) digital marketing which complements local marketing
• Support the development and implementation of the digital affluent marketing toolkits with the markets
• Manage pan-market digital activity and embed through local marketing eg for International Banking
• Support the drive of client adoption of the various digital wealth tools
• Develop with the markets a sustainable always-on digital marketing strategy and plan
• Support affluent business agile squads where digital marketing input needed
• Develop market capabilities to build look-a-like audiences for improved targeting and re-targeting and enable always-on cost effective HNW acquisition marketing
• Using client driven language-of-wealth develop SEO keyword principles for all marketing

Key Responsibilities

Processes
• Provide subject matter expertise support to improving markets’ website affluent client journeys
• Use data and insights to underpin ideas as well as demonstrate results of activity
• Collaborate with our marketing agency partners to elevate digital solutions, with demonstratable results
• Responsible for ensuring efficient and effective use of available budget
• Maintain the global Private Bank website pages, refreshing content and creating ways to improve the client experience / brand impact
• Maintain the global LinkedIn and other social affluent accounts, refreshing content and creating ways to improve the client experience / brand impact
• Partner with a market(s) to develop and test Dynamic Creative Optimisation pilot, work with media agency to evolve for incremental business performance
• With the media agency, manage the WRB agency briefing templates, working with markets to elevate the quality / timeliness of briefing
• Act as Maker or Checker with website / social content updates within the team

• Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values. Set appropriate tone and expectations across the team and work in collaboration with all partners
• Manage existing Digital Marketing awareness and development within the team

• Manage marketing standards to reinforce overall SC brand positioning through consistency in tone, manner, look and feel, and gain competitive market advantage

• Support the standardised WRB marketing operating rhythm including market planning, campaign execution, performance tracking and stakeholder engagement model
• Understand the regulatory framework, in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role

Our Ideal Candidate

· Graduate degree in stem subject and / or post graduate Degree / MBA

· 10+ years of digital marketing skills in a bank or ‘tier 1’ companies

· Good understanding and experience of markets in asia

· Experience of large-scale brands / complex organisations

· Experience in marketing to hnw segments

· Experience in financial services / wealth management
