Responsibilities:
- Translate business needs into scalable, reliable, and high-performance technical solutions.
- Implement Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices to enhance deployment efficiency.
- Lead the design of BPM specifications, ensuring alignment with technical requirements and business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain high-quality Business Process Management (BPM) products that align with requirements.
- Create clear, comprehensive, and updated technical and API documentation to support collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
- 2 to 3 years of practical development and maintenance experience in Java
- Hands-on experience in Web application development (JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, etc.)
- Proficient in MVC frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, Struts, or similar)
- Preferred experience in developing BPM-electronic signature forms
- Skilled in integrating ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Knowledgeable in API, Web services, and other integration technologies
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Capable of working both in a team and independently to complete tasks
- Good to have:
- (1) Experienced in DevOps practices, including the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines
- (2) Experienced with containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes
- (3) Skilled in Agile development methodologies
