Job Responsibilities:
- Beverage menu creation and development.
- Cashier and order-taking duties.
- Prepare and serve coffee and other non-coffee beverages in accordance with the SOP.
- Ensure that the coffee equipment is calibrated and maintained to produce consistent and high-quality coffee.
- Ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met.
- Work independently with initiative, as well as in a team to ensure a smooth operation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including the coffee bar and seating areas.
- Stock maintenance and ordering requests.
- Maintains efficiency, friendly services, etc.
- Routinely cleans the bar area, floor, grinders etc.
- Assist with the service operations of the restaurant.
- Adhoc duties assigned by superior or manager.
Requirements:
- Willing to work on Weekends, Eve and Public Holidays.
- Willing to work 6 days’ work week.
- Able to multi-task.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent team player and friendly individual.
- High initiative and positive attitude.
- At least 1-year in coffee industry and have relevant experience.
- Familiar operating and maintaining Coffee Machines.
