Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage contractors & suppliers effectively to ensure that the project and on-site works are completed according to specifications, quality standards, cost and time frame
- Strong site management skills, schedule planning and reporting
- Monitor project's time, cost, quality, scope, resources and risk management
- Efficiently manage and work closely with clients
- Good knowledge and understanding of Project Management skills and tools
- Coordinate with the design team with regards to the preparation/ submission/ approval of shop and as-built drawings.
- Ability to run projects within budget and schedule.
- Study contract documents, perform measurements and timely prepare Bill of Quantities
- Assist in cost estimation and quantity measurement
- Any other ad-hoc duties as and when required
Requirements:
- Minimum diploma/degree in Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualifications
- At least 3 years working experience in Singapore’s construction, engineering and security system industry (or change/add to in tendering process for M&E works)
- Possesses good communication skills to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking associates
- Familiar with AUTOCAD software
