Keep accurate records of client's measurements, instructions and preferences.
Label client's garments to prevent any mistakes.
Modify garments according to client's instructions, including narrowing legs, lining sheer garments, removing pockets and adding padding.
Modify garments to improve comfort and fit, including shortening sleeves or suspenders, narrowing lapels and tightening or loosening seams.
Repair client's garments, including mending or sewing rips and holes.
Create garments for clients based on their design ideas, specifications and preferences.
Provide cost estimates for custom garments to clients.
