As part of the HR Planning team, the successful candidate will be involved in Compensation & Benefits, workforce planning and budgeting, HR policy review, Industrial Relations, including negotiations with the union, manpower analytics and statutory reporting.
Key Responsibilities
The scope of responsibilities Includes the following:
- This role will cover both compensation & benefits review but the ideal candidate must have a strong background and experience handling annual compensation review exercise
- In the area of employee benefits, the candidate will need to ensure these are relevant and competitive, with particular emphasis on the review of medical benefits and medical service providers
- Industrial Relations, which involves regular dialogue with the union and be part of the team that handles negotiations
- Employee communications involving all HR matters
- Manage statutory reporting
- As part of the HR Planning team, the successful candidate will also be involved in all major projects handled by the team
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Business or HR Management
- 3 to 5 years’ HR experience, preferably in a Compensation role
Required Competencies / Skills / Knowledge
- Must be a team player with good interpersonal skills
- Systematic with an eye for details
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office software, especially in Excel
- Prior working knowledge on SAP SuccessFactors will be an advantage
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
