What you will be working on
Systematically promote digital and process innovation in SSG by:
1. Designing and implementing processes to systematically discover opportunities where business processes could be further optimised and digitalised in SSG
2. Working with such business owners to map and analyse their current processes and workflows
3. Co-creating more optimal workflows and processes with such business owners, including simplification of operations and/or policy where suitable
4. Co-creating digital solution proofs of concept (POCs) with such business owners where suitable
5. Designing and tracking indicators to measure extent of optimisation and digitalisation of business processes in SSG
What we are looking for
Knowledge/prior experience in:
- Business analysis, design thinking (elicit business needs)
- Business process re-engineering, service design (mapping and optimising business processes)
- Solution engineering (design/propose digital solutions in alignment with business needs)
- Research methodologies (e.g. survey design and analysis)
