The Role
Reporting to the senior management team, you will be responsible for spearheading the finance team and building the team for scratch including evaluating and putting system and processes in place, hiring of talent in addition to the finance matters that include looking after the financial operations of their Singapore office. This role will expand to include other countries eventually.
Your Profile
To succeed in the role, you should have the relevant accounting qualifications and have at least 15 years of relevant experience in the insurance profession. You should be tech savvy and have the entrepreneurial spirit to drive things and take initiative. You should have strong stakeholder management skills and have a keen interest in nurturing talent.
