Purpose of role:
We are looking to hire a self-motivated and results-oriented person to drive sales and revenue. The individual is preferably to have experience in Corporate Secretarial & HR services industry and perform similar role in a Corporate Service Provider’s company. Able to cultivate and nurture relationship in all levels of organisation, with proven track record of successfully delivering sales campaign/ projects in collaboration across the businesses. The goal is to develop this person to manage a team.
Responsibilities:
Business Development
- Actively prospect new and existing customers for Company products and maintain profitable relationships within the list of existing and new accounts.
- Develop a market opportunity plan
- Build and execute activities to implement the market plan that was developed
- Ability to deal with objections, negotiate pricing, and close sales in a timely manner
Sales and Client Management
- Manage current and develop new client relationship
- Develop new opportunities with current clients and continuous cross-selling activities
- Develop new opportunities with a new client
- Be able to present and demo to potential clients
- Consistent closure of new orders to meet assigned quota
- Prepare quotations, agreements and billing
- Managed and ensured the renewal of the current contract for the client assigned
- Promote account growth by consistently delivering post-sales satisfaction, managing customer relationships, and looking to identify new needs and business opportunities
- Make cold calls as required
Sales Management and Operations
- Manage the pipeline using the sales methodology, practice and tools determine by management
- Consistent update of client information, activities, updates and other information as required using the prescribed tools
- Update and submit sales forecast, pipeline, reports and other reporting as needed
- Provide sales forecast per organization requirements
Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Business Management and other relevant degree with at least 5 years of relevant work experience
- Proficient in MS Office such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good command of English
- The candidate should be outgoing and enjoy engaging with people
- Able to work independently as well as a strong team player, positive, self-driven, organized and meticulous
- Able to work efficiently while multitasking and cope well under pressure.
- Preferably with experience in using CRM application
