Job Description:

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a crucial role in shaping the foundation of a child’s educational journey. You will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment that fosters curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning.


Your duties will include:

  • Curriculum Development: Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities that align with the early childhood curriculum guidelines.
  • Classroom Management: Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and collaboration among children.
  • Child Development: Monitor and assess the developmental progress of each child, providing support and guidance to ensure their holistic growth.
  • Parent Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with parents, updating them regularly on their child’s progress and addressing any concerns.
  • Safety and Well-being: Ensure the safety and well-being of all children under your care by adhering to health and safety regulations and creating a secure environment.

Qualifications:

  • Possess an ACEY Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
  • A genuine passion for working with young children and a deep understanding of early childhood development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude.
