Job Description
The officer will be part of a focused and professional team responsible for the delivery of customer-centric corporate services within the Ministry. Specifically, the officer may be required to work on one or more of the following areas:
Facility/Estate Management
· Provide support in the managing and maintenance of the facilities and equipment in the Ministry, including the procurement of the necessary services and equipment to ensure the Ministry’s operational readiness and business continuity.
· Assist to manage contractors and external parties in the delivery of various services to the Ministry, such as Integrated Facility Management (IFM), equipment maintenance, telecommunications, and pantry supply services.
· Assist in general office administration and support services, including carrying out data analytics, for the smooth running of the Ministry’s offices and process improvements.
General
· Provide logistical support for events and operations, including procurement of equipment and services, and staffing of designated areas.
· Collate returns/requests from other government agencies.
· Assist in procurement and payment processing for the Section, including performing checks on supporting documents for payment of invoices.
· Develop and produce collaterals to support publicity and internal comms efforts
· Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Division Director or Section Head.
