Responsibilities:
- Provide marketing support to the Marketing Department and Restaurants
- Plan and coordinate the conceptualization and implementation of marketing plans (eg. sponsorship, media relations, marketing communications, direct marketing, website, public relations agencies, events and activities)
- Develop and coordinate field marketing and activities collateral
- Manage all marketing resources, advertising, and promotion materials
- Manage local area marketing activities and collaterals with all restaurants
- Oversee the brands’ social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook), monitor performance, and propose strategies to optimise for growth.
- Daily monitoring of social media platforms, customer reviews and feedbacks
- Maintain and update store information on digital platforms (eg. Google, GrabFood, foodpanda, etc.)
- Liaise with tenants and external organizations for joint partnerships & promotions
- Build and maintain good network and working relationships with customers, suppliers, agencies, and regulatory authorities
- Preparation of marketing reports & presentations
- Attend to other ad-hoc marketing activities as assigned

- Good time management to meet up with deadlines
- Well-versed with computer software such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Photoshop
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business, Marketing/Mass Communications or equivalent.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum one (1) year of working experience in the Marketing field
