The Opportunity
- Adecco is partnering a leading bank to look for Digital Ambassadors/ Customer Service Officers for Banking Branch
- Focus: Proactive sharing, understanding, and knowing customers banking needs and refer customers to adopt alternate banking channels (e.g., ATMs, Video Teller Machines, DigiBank)
- $15/ hr (approx 40hrs a week), 8.10am - 5pm (Mon to Fri) , 8.10am - 1pm (Saturday)
- Commit for at least 9 months
The Talent
- There will be more standing required selected candidates will be placed at Branch Entrances
- O/A levels candidates will be considered
- 3 days training will be provided
- There will be a need to be familiar with ATM, Coin Deposit, iBanking and PayLah!
The Job
- Proactive sharing, understanding, and knowing customers banking needs and refer customers to adopt alternate
banking channels (e.g., ATMs, Video Teller Machines, DigiBank) where suitable, for enhanced customer experience and journey. - Be familiar and proactively keeps up to date with latest banking products, processes, and services so as to be able to suggest alternate banking solutions for customers where fitting.
- Assist in customers' general enquiries and ensure the bank's service delivery standards at all times, including attending service huddles with branch team.
