We are looking for a Senior Technical Systems Engineer to join the IT team of a leading education institute.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support the technical planning, design, and implementation of project, ensuring alignment technical and cybersecurity standards.
- Support the end-to-end technical project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment, in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and solution architectures.
- Collaborate with vendors throughout the project lifecycle to monitor performance and resolve issues, ensuring successful project delivery.
- Provide technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve issues during the implementation and post-implementation phases.
Requirements:
- A university degree, preferably in Computer Science (CS), Information Technology (IT), or related fields.
- Min 8 years of experience in roles such as Technical Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Business Analyst, with a focus on analysis, design, implementation, and support.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Salesforce, and data analysis tools like Power BI, Qlik Sense, etc.
- Experience in .NET development work, low-code programming, specifically in developing and maintaining applications using low-code platforms such as OutSystems and/or ServiceNow.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
