Job Description
- · To assist Programme Manager on programmes
- · To manage App; Monthly creations and regular updating of events and programmes feedback on any relevant technicalities for future enhancements
- · To prepare reports and invoices for related events
- · To provide monthly reports on breakdown of requirements to respective Programme Manager
- · To gather Feedbacks from Facilitators, Instructors and Participants to understand each sites needs/requirements
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma Holder
- Preferably at least 1 year of working experience. However, candidates with no experience are welcome to apply
- Out-Spoken, Meticulous, Proactive, Independent, Team Player
- Well versed with Microsoft Office
- Candidates who can start immediately or within short notice will have an advantage
- Require to attend to work phone during the weekend as well, when necessary.
