- Lead and manage Precast Concrete Production in Factory
- Understand design drawings/production drawings and conduct own quality check
- Coordinate among all the relevant parties, ex. Construction dept., PCa supplier, M&E/Architectural specialist, RTO, RA, PE for production and inspection in Factory
- Ensure production procedure, sequence, method as per the established MS/SWP/RA/PQP/ITP
- Coordinate all interfacing details with architectural, structural and M&E components.
- Monitor progress of production and submit progress report regularly to the PCa Production Manager and Construction dept
- Keep all the production records and upload to PMIS
- Direct and manage Supplier and Contractors to rectify if any defect/non-conformity prior to delivery to site
