- Customer service duties
- Front Desk
- Answering on customers enquiries and handling of complaint when arrears
- Have to stand for long working hours
Requirements:
- Minimum O-Level /N Level
- At least 1year of experience in Customer Service
- Independent, process-oriented and comfortable speaking with customers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
