Responsibilities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of business objectives, gather requirements, and identify opportunities for process enhancement.
• Analyse user stories, use cases, and requirements to assess their validity and feasibility.
• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for optimization.
• Develop and document comprehensive business requirements, user stories, and use cases to guide solution development.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements, gather feedback, and ensure alignment among stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Perform data analysis and interpretation to support decision-making and provide valuable insights to stakeholders.
• Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments to evaluate proposed solutions.
• Assist in the development and execution of test plans, ensuring solutions meet quality standards and user expectations.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to the business domain.
• Collaborate closely with other team members and departments to ensure seamless communication and understanding of project goals.
• Execute all levels of testing, including system, integration, and regression testing.
• Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies, providing timely solutions.
• Apply quality engineering principles throughout the agile product lifecycle.
• Provide support and documentation for testing processes.
Skills/Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Information Technology with proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring efficient time management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in gathering and documenting business requirements using industry-standard techniques and tools.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, project management principles and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
• Knowledge of business process modelling and workflow tools.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Business analysis certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) are a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

• Familiarity with ITIL v4 framework would be advantageous
