Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within the security manpower industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Prospecting & Tender management : Research and identify potential clients within the security industry.
- Client Acquisition: Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new clients.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and submit winning proposals to clients.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Track and manage sales pipeline to ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development within the security manpower industry.
- Strong sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
