Job responsibilities:
- Develop new accounts with interior design firms, building contractors and architects (B2B).
- Explain and present the product features to interior designers and direct homeowners, with relevant comparisons on specifications and pricing.
- Conduct site assessments to get accurate dimensions of installation area, as well as understand site conditions before generating quotations to customers.
- Manage customer database to ensure that the sales pipeline is updated and moving along the sales cycle.
- Coordinate and supervise installation works.
- Track all payment receivables and handle warranty claims or rectification works if required.
- Accomplish the monthly sales target set by the company.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum O levels qualifications with 1 years of experience in the relevant industry (interior design/ construction materials) will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of MS Office and Airtable for reporting and updating customer database.
- Experienced in sales, negotiation, relationship building, managing pipeline, project coordination.
- Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend relevant products
- Bilingual and proficient with Email
- Class 3 driving license
